Bulk Discount
We do offer bulk discounts when ordering any of our products in large quantities for wedding favors, company gifts, etc. Please email us for more information.

Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped to you via UPS within 5 business days from order date. Please note the additional time required for made to order items. Please allow for shipping times once the order leaves our studio in San Francisco. UPS will only ship to street addresses and cannot ship to PO Boxes. Once your online order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all your tracking information.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or CODs.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to locations in California. Customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other duties, taxes, or custom charges, if any, applicable to merchandise shipped to locations outside California.

Packaging
All orders arrive in a protective fabric bag that can be reused. Jewelry items come in a pretty felt bag and all other items come in a cotton drawstring bag.

Returns
RETURNS: Returns will be accepted within 10 days less shipping charges. There is no return or refund on made to order items so please choose carefully. If your purchase was damaged in shipment, we will be happy to replace it. The item must be returned in original and unused condition in original packaging, with all inserts. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. If it is lost or damaged upon return, you will not be eligible for a refund. You must contact us at info@tinafreydesigns.com before attempting a return within 10 days. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning merchandise. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased Tina Frey Designs merchandise from a retailer or online store other than tinafreydesigns.com, you must return the merchandise directly to them. No unauthorized returns will be accepted or refunded by us.

Cancellations
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours. Please contact us at info@tinafreydesigns.com or 415-223-4710 to cancel your order. Custom orders must be canceled within 24 hours or they are considered final and non-refundable.

We will never sell, loan, rent, or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstances. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and we are committed to protecting our customer's privacy.
